CEO - ADMINISTRATION
Under broad direction of Pecos County Board of Managers, the administrator is responsible for management of the county hospital and carrying out the philosophy and objectives established by the governing board. Is directly responsible for general direction and supervision of hospital operations, financial affairs, nursing, and diagnostic and therapeutic patient care services. Is directly responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, county, and local codes, regulations and ordinances as they apply to hospitals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be willing to relocate to Fort Stockton, TX full time.

Education:
•Four-year college graduate. Masters degree in Hospital or Health Care Administration or a related field preferred.

Personal Job –Related Skills:

Ability to provide overall direction and management for the total organization.

Experience :

Five or more years working as an Associate, Assistant, or Administrator of a hospital or health care organization.

WELCOME TO PCMH

Pecos County Memorial Hospital is located in Fort Stockton, TX in a state of the art facility with advanced technological equipment. PCMH is a 25 bed CAH facility with 3 labor & delivery rooms, 3 OR suites, and a Level IV certified trauma/emergency room. The Family Care Clinic located on the second floor is a designated rural healthcare facility with 4 physicians and 3 mid-level practioners. The Family Care Clinic Suite B (next to wellness center) with 1 physician. The FCC Walk In Clinic (also located next to wellness center) has two mid-level practioners. We also have a clinic in Sanderson and Marathon.

PCMH created a variety of Specialty Clinics to meet the needs of the community and includes services available locally in the following areas: audiology, cardiology, podiatry, ear-nose-throat and orthopedics. The clinics are held on a monthly basis and are located at 2071 N Main St (next to PCMH).

PCMH provides an array of rehabilitation and fitness services to patients, as well as community members. The innovative PCMH Rehabilitation and Fitness center is located here at PCMH.

PCMH provides onsite assistance for individuals requiring medication assistance, indigent healthcare, primary healthcare for the uninsured, and the BCCCP/breast cancer and cervical control program which screens and coordinates medical services.

PCMH provides services to those individuals requiring skilled nursing care in the home through PCMH Home Health and Hospice, (located at PCMH Plaza, 1710 N FRONT) which serves an 8 county area.
