Chief Nursing Officer - Nursing Administration
Plans, organizes and directs the provision of patient care services in the Med/Surgery/ER/OB/Social Services/Infection Control/Home Health /Pharmacy/Hospice/QA/UR/Med Staff Departments. The CNO shall be responsible for the operation of the services, including determining the types and numbers of nursing personnel and staff necessary to provide nursing care for all areas of the hospital. Within the PCMH Organizational Chart, the CNO also oversees the anesthesia, employee health, laboratory, physical therapy, radiology, and respiratory therapy departments. CNO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining nursing service objectives, standards of care, policy and procedures. The CNO will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Texas
Bachelors degree required
Masters degree preferred
3 years experience as a Chief Nursing Officer required
