Mid-Level Provider - FCC Walk In Clinic
Provides primary medical care in a clinical setting under the supervision of a licensed physician. Working through physician approved protocols and under the supervision of a licensed physician evaluates patients in a clinic setting. Insures quality assurance standards are met by following all guidelines of physicians and PCMH. Collaborates with physicians and local healthcare facilities to facilitate a delivery of services for patient’s needs.
