Class Descriptions:

Total Body: Focusing on the whole body EACH class. Strength training with Cardio, HIIT, and Weights. Also, running in the Spring/Summer join the team!

Aqua Zumba: A fun, low-impact water workout that combines Zumba dance moves with the natural resistance of the water for a full-body cardio and toning experience.

Zumba Gold Toning: Designed for active older adults and beginners, this class combines easy-to-follow dance fitness with light resistance training to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.

Zumba Gold: A lower-intensity version of Zumba featuring easy-to-follow choreography that improves cardiovascular health, coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

Pilates: A low-impact workout focused on strengthening the core, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness through controlled movements.

"The Wellness Center is open to everyone. If you don't like to workout alone then one of our fitness classes would be perfect for you. We also have the best cardiovascular equipment, variable resistance equipment (selectorsized), and free weight/plate loaded equipment."
