LVN - Home Health
Provides services in accordance with the policies/ procedures of the Home Health Agency. Assists with the implementation and evaluation of the care of assigned patients. Provides patient care as directed by the attending physician and in collaboration with health team members. Will work as needed to fill in for absences. The LVN is directly responsible to the supervising RN.
