Class Descriptions:

Total Body - Alternating step aerobics and resistance exercises give an excellent, all-around workout in record time. Class concludes with abdominals. *Slower Paced Class, no jumping.

Healthy Beginnings - Want to work out but don't know where to start? Are you a larger person who isn't ready for high impact classes? This class is about getting healthier together using various weight training exercises and moves that will increase your heart-rate for great calorie burn!

Step Interval Trainng - Alternating body sculpt moves and aerobic exercises on the step, the ultimate body-shaping, fat-burning, and strength training class you don't want to miss! We will ROCK out while we WORK out!

Zumba - Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba fuses Latin, international, and world-beat music with easy-to-follow dance steps.

Core and Balance - This class focuses on strengthening your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Get excited about learning new yoga and Pilates moves that will make your core STRONG and tight!

Lean Body - Get ready to burn fat, boost your metabolism, and get lean using weights or resistance bands. You'll build lean muscle and ramp your metabolism! When you have more muscle you'll burn fat long after your workout.

Boot Camp - This interval class incorporates strength and cardio exercises in timed intervals followed by a quick recovery. Achieve maximum calorie burn with incredible cardiovascular conditioning and all-over body shaping.

Get Up and Go - Ready to have FUN?! During this class you will focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility, while raising your heart beat! Class will begin with a warm up then transition into a dance lesson. You will learn salsa, mambo, merengue, rumba and more! Dance routines are designed for beginners and older adults who may have limited abilities.

Hula Healthy - Hula is a low impact exercise that will gently raise your heartbeat, promote good circulation, and clear your head. It is a wonderful way to switch gears after ending a rough work day.  Hula motions reflect their deep connection between nature and human existence, it's a unique way to exercise the mind and soul.  Come to class to find how graceful you can truly be! 


 "The Wellness Center is open to everyone. If you don't like to workout alone then one of our fitness classes would be perfect for you. We also offer personal training, if you need a little push and motivation our personal trainer can develop a personalized plan for you and coach you to success. We also have the best cardiovascular equipment, variable resistance equipment (selectorsized), and free weight/plate loaded equipment.
